Services
NeoCraft Digital offers a range of digital services, including web development, mobile applications, digital marketing strategies, content creation, video editing, UI/UX design, e-commerce solutions, technical support, landing page design, logo creation, corporate image manual design, business card design, and marketing automations.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information required for the provision of services. Clients must promptly notify NeoCraft Digital of any changes to their information.
Payment Terms
Payment for services must be made according to the agreed-upon schedule outlined in the project contract or invoice. NeoCraft Digital reserves the right to halt work on any project if payment is not received according to the agreed terms. Late payments may incur additional charges.
Intellectual Property
All content created by NeoCraft Digital, including but not limited to designs, code, graphics, and text, remains the intellectual property of NeoCraft Digital until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables will transfer to the client. NeoCraft Digital reserves the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon.
Confidentiality
NeoCraft Digital and the client agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project. This obligation continues even after the project is completed.
Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the services agreement with written notice. Upon termination, the client agrees to pay for all completed work and any incurred expenses up to the termination date. NeoCraft Digital will deliver any completed work to the client upon receipt of final payment.
Limitation of Liability
NeoCraft Digital will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability to the client for any claims arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client to NeoCraft Digital for the specific service in question.
Warranties
NeoCraft Digital warrants that the services provided will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. However, we do not warrant that the services will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.
